主要研究方向:微生物天然产物化学及其合成生物学研究
专业研究领域:微生物活性次级代谢产物的发现与合成生物学研究。主要包括:1、紧密结合高通量筛选、基因组挖掘技术以及现代分析技术从特殊生境(植物内生、地衣、沙漠、高原、南北极、海洋等)来源的微生物中快速发现新颖结构的活性天然产物。2、对发现的新颖活性天然产物利用合成生物学技术进行结构改造,并对重要天然产物进行生物合成途径解析。近年主持了国家自然科学基金-面上项目、国家自然科学基金-青年项目各一项,以科研骨干参与了国家自然科学基金-中美(NSFC-NIH)国际合作项目、国家“863”计划、重大新药创制、国家科技基础条件平台、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程等多项课题的研究。在国内外学术期刊发表研究论文50篇,其中SCI论文30余篇,以第一作者/通迅作者在Organic Letters、Journal of Natural Products等国内外重要期刊发表学术论文27篇。有3个化合物被国际权威期刊Nat. Prod. Rep.选为全球热点化合物。有10余个化合物在发表后迅速的被国内外同行进行了全合成研究。参与申请专利5项。
