主要研究方向:丝状真菌天然药物分子生物合成与代谢工程
专业研究领域:1、通过交叉学科研究手段,包括分子遗传、结构生物学、生物化学与天然产物化学,解析丝状真菌中结构独特的化合物生物合成途径和酶学机制,鉴定特殊/新颖功能生物酶。2、针对特殊生境微生物(极地真菌、植物内生真菌),利用基因挖掘策略,通过表观遗传/靶向操纵途径调控因子,从而激活沉默基因簇,发现常规实验条件下难以合成的新结构活性化合物。
