本课题组致力于肿瘤免疫微环境重塑与创新药物研发,研究方向主要包括:1、新型高效ICD诱导剂的发现及抗肿瘤免疫机制研究;2、基于溶酶体靶向嵌合体(LYTAC)技术的肿瘤疫苗研发;3、靶向“树突状细胞/中性粒细胞-CD8+T细胞”免疫轴的抗肿瘤免疫治疗新策略研究。
