教育背景及工作经历:本科和研究生毕业于天津医科大学,博士毕业于中国医学科学院协和医学院医药生物技术研究所。毕业后就职于医科院医药生物技术研究所
主要研究方向:靶向抗肿瘤研究
专业研究领域:针对全新靶点筛选抗肿瘤化合物,个性化发掘抗肿瘤材料机制,寻找新抗癌靶点;(2)针对肿瘤演进过程中的关键基因,研究其驱动肿瘤发生的功能及重要信号,并对其重塑肿瘤微环境的免疫细胞、基质及核心分子进行研究,为进一步靶向工作提供全面的生物和分子基础。
